The HR Director supervises the HR Department with the common goal of managing and supporting employees. This entails implementing strategies that support MatchWears objectives, such as improving morale and relations between the employees. This insinuates that they are also in charge of employee benefits and payroll. They also take responsibility in creating the disciplinary policy and promoting organization within the company and each department.

The HR Representative assists the Human Resource Manager with complex and specialized administrative tasks including reviewing job applications from prospective employees, managing and overseeing records, and generating reports.
