Chief Creative Officer

The Chief Creative Officer is in charge of overseeing and managing all the creative aspects of MatchWear by planning daily tasks and communicating with the department. They are responsible for researching and staying up to date with current trends in the fashion industry to predict consumer behavior and collaborate with all other chiefs to maintain and enhance the brand’s identity. The way MatchWear is portrayed to the consumers through the website and logo will all be defined and planned through the creative department with the CCO setting the creative vision, goals, and mission.

Director of Creative

The Director of Creative is responsible for producing a strategic plan that will be delivered to our consumer base to be utilized and developed through the website. Creative Directors overlook the day to day operations of the branch and organize the workload of employees. Organizing team brainstorming sessions and producing projects is a daily activity the creative director leads.

The Creative Intern works closely with the design team to conceptualize and produce visually appealing content that captures consumer attention. By applying design principles and creative thinking, the intern helps communicate key messages to the target audience.
