Chief Creative Officer
Judy Ke
The Chief Creative Officer is in charge of overseeing and managing all the creative aspects of MatchWear by planning daily tasks and communicating with the department. They are responsible for researching and staying up to date with current trends in the fashion industry to predict consumer behavior and collaborate with all other chiefs to maintain and enhance the brand’s identity. The way MatchWear is portrayed to the consumers through the website and logo will all be defined and planned through the creative department with the CCO setting the creative vision, goals, and mission.
Creative Director
Irine Krikheli
The creative director is responsible for producing a strategic plan that will be delivered to our consumer base to be utilized and developed through the website. Creative Directors overlook the day to day operations of the branch and organize the workload of employees. Organizing team brainstorming sessions and producing projects is a daily activity the creative director leads.
Lead Stylist

Stylists in MatchWear will work to curate outfits from head to toe (including accessories) to best fit our clients. We will be analyzing trends and incorporating fads that best compliment our company's overall image. While also taking into consideration specific fits that appeal to a variety of consumers. We hope to potentially provide numerous services including: personal stylist, color matching and rentable clothing.

Lead Web Designer

Lead web designers are responsible for the development of the website. Our Lead Web Designers develop the websites layouts, updating sites with changes or new information. Web designers work closely with the graphic design team creating a logo that ties the brand together. Our web manages all aspects of the design process, from research and ideation, to create and design.

The job of a web designer requires an individual to style and design the company's main website with the lead web designer. This includes tailoring color palettes, fonts, as well as generating the overall layout and feel of the site when you first click on it. This job also requires basic computer programming skills to update and edit certain features of the web page when a new idea has been introduced to the company.
